Website we've owned since 2006 disappeared earlier this week.Apparently needed to be "verified".
They had an old email that we no longer have access to... So...I sent drivers license, updated passwords, updated email address. Spent 2 LONG chats, where they ended up referring me back to the website? Promises to send us to a SPECIALIST.
Trouble ticket # 15802880. They promised to have a "specialist" contact me, never happened. I cc'd the compliance department at Tucows where they apparently have a wholesale/retail relationship, they offered to help us. And placed our website back up temporarily until we can figure out what to do about Netfirms.
Soon as this is settled, they have lost yet another customer.Netfirms has HORRID internet reviews.
